Global Traveler Technology Special Project 2019

Summary

This special project investigates travelers' tech attitudes and behaviors throughout the trip life cycle and examines how they differ in seven traveler source markets across the globe. The study targets travelers who took at least one leisure trip in the past 12 months and used the internet for planning and/or booking travel. Travelers from seven source markets were surveyed to understand their use of technology for travel and their perceptions of emerging technologies.
