Since 2008, The Phocuswright Conference has provided a platform for a select group of travel startups and industry visionaries to promote their ideas globally, and gain new partners, customers and suppliers in the process. Collectively they have received more than $2.1 billion in funding and acquisitions (excluding IPOs). This Spotlight examines all the innovators who participated in the Battleground, Summit and Launch events at the 2016 Phocuswright Conference, assigning them to one core category, and summarizing their innovation as well as the feedback each received from a panel of industry veterans.
