Jesus Salgado Criado

Based in Madrid, Mr. Salgado Criado is founder and general director of QueryTek, an online market research company focused on the Spanish travel industry. He has contributed to many Phocuswright reports and articles including Phocuswright’s European Online Travel Overview. He was formerly Amadeus' senior manager for new distribution technologies and has participated in major Amadeus online projects. Combining enterprise consultancy activity with academy lectures on tourism marketing and marketing research, Jesus is a professor for the Carlos III University in Madrid. He is an industrial engineer with an M.B.A. from the Instituto de Empresa and IESE.
