The Four Words That Drive Us

"We Use Phocuswright Research"

We take those words very seriously. They signal a responsibility we have to ensure our research is helping our customers make informed decisions. Those four words – "we use Phocuswright research" – are why we do sweat the details, such as methodology, sample size, resources, coverage and meeting customer objectives. They're why we place our analysts in countries all over the world. Why we dig into the most nuanced and niche areas of the market. Why we take as much time as needed to make sure we get it right. Why we don't cut corners, or settle, or take someone's word for it.

For over 20 years, our customers have turned to us to help them make smart decisions and find greater success. It's why we come to work each day, and why we dig a little deeper into the numbers and what they mean. With these four words and with our customers in mind, we recently made some changes to Phocuswright that I wanted to share with you.

We've completely redesigned our website with a new look, feel and logo. It now features enhanced search and filtering capabilities, as well as streamlined content navigation and download tools. But we're not stopping there; we have plans to completely digitize our entire library, and to add interactive charting functions and the ability to create and extract customized reports. Another exciting development is the newest addition to our research library – a data subscription called Phocal Point, coming later in 2015. Finally, given the phenomenal growth in popularity of smaller devices, we have optimized the entire platform for mobile use.

Throughout 2015, you will notice continued improvements to our website, including a wide range of customizable charts, on-demand downloads and more. Collectively, these changes provide a significantly enhanced experience for our customers. They signal a new phase for Phocuswright, as we continue to adapt to the needs and expectations of our customers and the market in general.

No doubt we've been busy this past year … redesigning our digital platform and digitizing our research library; adding a regional event, Phocuswright Europe; expanding our presence into Latin America through strategic partnerships; and, later in 2015, adding the powerful Phocal Point data product. And it's all for the sake of those four simple words: "we use Phocuswright research."
