DEMONSTRATION PACKAGE
The high-value exposure is an incredible opportunity. There is a US$10,000 participation fee for accepted innovators. The demonstration package includes:
- 10 minutes on stage in front of travel executives and media
- Dedicated meeting and demo space (centrally located) for three days during The PhoCusWright Conference
- Video recording of your on-stage demonstration, provided to you and available to on-site and Online Ticket attendees via the streaming and on-demand environment
- Significant pre-/on-site/post-promotion (except for stealth companies)
- Participation in a substantial advertising campaign with USA TODAY
- Two tickets to The PhoCusWright Conference (up to a US$6,800 value)
- A chance to win one of four Five Minutes of Fame segments during Center Stage, and be voted the “PhoCusWright Travel Innovation Summit Winner”
USA TODAY advertising campaign:
- Participate in a USA TODAY advertising campaign to promote The Travel Innovation Summit@The PhoCusWright Conference. A series of ads will be placed in USA TODAY between August and October. All contracted Travel Innovation Summit demonstrators will have their logo placed in these ads (deadlines apply).
- The four finalists also receive placement in an additional USA TODAY advertising campaign in December and January, featuring the overall winner.
Being selected as a demonstrator at The Travel Innovation Summit brings prestige and media attention. For the four finalists, it means Five Minutes of Fame during Center Stage@The PhoCusWright Conference and vote of confidence on the way to business success.
