Network Exchange

Networking is a top priority for most attendees at any conference. With 1,000 people to meet at The PhoCusWright Conference, the Network Exchange helps you get to the right people in an efficient manner. All attendees of The Travel Innovation Summit and Center Stage have access to the Network Exchange in their ticket packages.
There are two ways to take advantage of the Network Exchange:
- Become a table host: reserve a table and schedule meetings with other attendees you desire to connect with
- Request meetings with table hosts: All registered attendees will have the ability to request a meeting with a table host that is on their "must meet" list.
Meetings can be scheduled prior to the conference and on-site in Hollywood.
MAXIMIZE YOUR TIME AT THE NETWORK EXCHANGE
- Book your table: A table will be reserved for you—lunch will be served in the same area as your meetings to maximize your time.
- Strategize your day: You receive access to the exceptional attendee list in plenty of time to strategize for the Network Exchange.
- Schedule your appointments: PhoCusWright will provide you with a tool to directly contact those you want to meet and keep track of all those important appointments.
- Get down to business!
Registered attendees: Access to the Network Exchange is included in all ticket packages. To host your own meetings, book a table (available on a stand-alone basis for $850—cost of registration is not included).
