ECONNECT: YOUR KEY TO CONFERENCE CONNECTIONS
Use eConnect as your online tool to connect with other conference attendees, schedule meetings and see who else is attending the conference. Messages may be sent via email in the closed system. eConnect includes meeting request and calendar planner functionality to help you maximize your time at the conference, and is open to all conference attendees. Attendees may opt out of the system by modifying their Account within eConnect.
WORKSHOP REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
An integral part of The PhoCusWright Conference are the Workshops being presented on Tuesday, November 17. Industry leaders have prepared dynamic content specifically for our conference audience, and we encourage you to take advantage of these sessions.
Registration for the Workshops is now open. Space is limited for each Workshop and most sessions are expected to be full. Many Workshops will present the same content at two time slots. Register today! View the workshop descriptions HERE.

- Tick the radio button for the Workshop(s) that you would like to attend. If you change your mind after ticking a radio button, simply tick "Cancel Workshop Selection" in that time slot and move on. NOTE: Many Workshops appear at two time slots. The same Workshop content will be presented twice.
- Click "Continue" to save your selection(s)

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The room block at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel is sold out. However, we do have a wait list in progress as there are constant changes happening. We have secured additional rooms at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel (.2 mile away from the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel) at the conference rate of US$236 (plus 14.08% occupancy tax) per night.
If you have not yet made your hotel reservations, we urge you to do so at your earliest convenience. To make hotel reservations at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel (or to add your name to the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel wait list), please contact our housing coordinator, Jessica Morgan Lee at jlee@globalexec.com, or 800 516-4265 x611. Contact Jessica to make changes to an existing reservation as well.

MY CONFERENCE
Stay up to date with helpful information on your My Conference page on the PhoCusWright Web site. Ensure that you do not miss any important information—check the My Conference page often.
- Log in to the PhoCusWright Web site (upper right corner) and click the MY CONFERENCE item in the top navigation.
- If you have not logged in before, login at the upper right hand corner and complete a profile. The system will send you a password via email. At that time, you can choose to have the system remember you, or you can change the password to something you will remember. Log in, then choose the MY CONFERENCE top navigation item.
NETWORK EXCHANGE
Tuesday at The PhoCusWright Conference is the day to network. The most prestigious group of travel, tourism, hospitality and media executives from around the world will be gathered in one place at one time at the Travel Industry Event of the Year.
