The registration fee includes conference materials, receptions, meals and breaks as outlined in the program. Registration fees and discounts are subject to change due to expiration dates or may also change without notice; these changes will apply to unconfirmed registrations. Registration fees are non-refundable. Registrations may not be shared. The program is subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due two weeks from the date you registered to confirm your registration. Discounts are forfeited if payment is late.

TRANSFER POLICY
A registration fee may be transferred to another employee in your company, or applied to the purchase of any PhoCusWright research product or to an event registration within one year of the date of the conference, through November 9, 2007. Registrations not transferred by this date will be forfeited and will not be eligible for transfer or a credit memo. Requests for transfers of registration fees must be made in writing. Change fees may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing on or before November 9, 2007 and a credit memo will be issued; change fees may apply. Registrations not cancelled by this date will be forfeited and will not be eligible for a credit memo. All registration fees are non-refundable.

CREDIT MEMO POLICY
A credit memo may be applied to the purchase of any PhoCusWright research product or toward an event registration by any employee of your company; it will become null and void if not used by November 1, 2008. No refunds, exchanges or credits are allowed for products paid for by a credit memo.

CHANGE POLICY
Registrations changed on or after November 1, 2007 will be charged a $200 fee.

Only one discount may be taken per registration.

GROUP SAVINGS DISCOUNT
The group non-refundable registration price is for each of three or more simultaneous registrations from an organization. Previous registrants are not eligible.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event the conference is not held as scheduled, the registration fee may be applied to the rescheduled event or to the purchase of any PhoCusWright research product or event.
