This is your chance to showcase your company front and center while presenting valuable content to a qualified group of leads attending The PhoCusWright Conference. Sponsors will take the lead in developing the content; PhoCusWright will manage production and guide sponsors to ensure thought provoking, educational presentations.

There are eight sponsorship slots available; four workshops will run concurrently and will be scheduled in two (2) 75-minute sessions throughout the day. Sponsor can present the same or varying content at each session.

WORKSHOP BENEFITS PACKAGE

Attendee tickets for the four-day PhoCusWright Conference (each ticket is a $3,000+ value!).
PhoCusWright will coordinate the registration process and provide each sponsor/co-sponsor the list of Workshop attendees two weeks prior to the Workshop and a complete post-conference list by Friday, November 21.
Marketing by PhoCusWright including listing Workshop in all schedules, both printed and online. Co-marketing ideas will be jointly developed to maximize exposure for all participating sponsors and will utilize the existing database of both the sponsor and PhoCusWright.
Workshop will take place in a private conference room in the host hotel property. Meeting rooms can accommodate up to 200 attendees and room assignment is based on the number of registrants for each session.
Furniture and room set-up will be based on the number of registrants for each session.
A complete AV package will be provided for each session.
Cold drinks and water stations will be available to all registered workshop attendees.

EXCLUSIVE WORKSHOP SPONSORSHIP

You are the leader of your own Workshop, the sole educator on stage in front of a captive and highly targeted audience of potential clients. In addition to the Workshop Benefits Package, the Exclusive Workshop Sponsor receives the following:

Four (4) tickets for the four-day PhoCusWright Conference (a $12,000+ value!).
Sponsor’s name will become part of the official workshop title.
Sponsor will be featured in the conference playbill containing conference and attendee listing details.
Sponsor press kit distributed to the media in attendance.

In addition to the Workshop Benefits Package, each Cooperative Workshop Sponsor receives the following:

Two (2) tickets for the four-day PhoCusWright Conference (a $6,000+ value!).
Sponsor will be featured in the conference playbill containing conference and attendee listing details.
Sponsor press kit distributed to the media in attendance.
