Jeffery H. Boyd is President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of priceline.com, based in Norwalk, Connecticut. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. Mr. Boyd has been with priceline.com since January 2000, during which time he has served in various capacities, including executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary and COO. Prior to joining priceline.com, he held positions as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Oxford Health Plans, Inc. and as assistant general counsel of Lord Abbett & Co., an investment advisory firm. He also practiced law with the Connecticut law firm of Robinson & Cole and with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and Melbourne, Australia. Mr. Boyd received his B.A. in Government from St. Lawrence University in 1978 and his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1981.
