Headquartered in Sherman, CT, this dynamic company publishes primary research, offers consulting services and produces a series of high-profile conferences. The ideal candidate will have worked with salesforce.com or other CRM. Responsibilities include data entry, data mining and working with the sales and marketing teams. Must have PC experience in a Windows environment, know Outlook and Microsoft Excel and possess the ability to learn and use multiple software programs. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong work ethic, and a passion for service and be a tech savvy, detail oriented person with solid organizational skills.

ACCOUNT MANAGER/PROJECT COORDINATOR

This position will require the ideal candidate to manage contractors, budget, client goals and deliverables for custom research, PhoCusWright Special Reports and other projects. PhoCusWright seeks a self-starter with excellent communications and organizational skills to manage research projects from start to finish. The account manager/project coordinator works closely with the sales team on proposals, and engagement leaders and project managers to ensure client satisfaction with research deliverables. Assistance in writing agreements, hiring and managing contractors, preparing timelines, and managing schedules and communications with clients will be required. This candidate will also be responsible for overseeing final production of client deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, surveys and written reports, and ensuring each project remains within budget. The account manager/project coordinator must possess excellent editing ability and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

This candidate will preferably work in our Sherman, CT office.
