Winners of the 2016 Battleground at The Phocuswright Conference

The winners of the 2016 Battleground, held on Nov. 14, the first day of The Phocuswright Conference currently underway in Los Angeles, Calif. have been announced. This year, 26 innovators were selected to demonstrate groundbreaking applications and solutions set to change the travel industry. The winners received one of three reserved slots to demonstrate at Summit on Tuesday this week.

"The 2016 Battleground was thrilling," said Phocuswright's president, Simon Lehmann. "And three fantastic innovations were chosen to demonstrate tomorrow at Summit. The battle is really heating up."

Winners were chosen by a panel of Dragons comprised of travel and technology experts.
