When airlines started charging for once-free services like checked baggage and in-flight nosh, travelers (never a reserved bunch about voicing complaints) didn't hesitate to say their piece. But now that unbundling and ancillaries are here to stay, fliers – captive and resigned – are ponying up for the services they want most. As airlines continue to roll out "sold separately" products across their fleets, they reap the rewards of every permutation.
