Mark joins the Phocuswright research team after being on board in an internship capacity. He has already been involved in several projects, such as co-authoring the European Traveler Technology Survey report; and performing data analysis for Phocuswright's Special Project, Search, Shop, Buy and European traveler loyalty research. As a consumer research associate, Mark continues to develop and execute surveys and interviews, analyze findings, and much more. His prior experience and course selections have created a foundation of understanding data and research methods. Mark is finishing a M.S. degree in applied social research from the City University of New York: Hunter College where his research focuses on consumer behavior and the effect of social identities and the consumer decision process. He is a graduate of City University of New York: Brooklyn College with a B.A. degree in sociology and English.
